Online Shopping

We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, product images may vary depending on your monitor’s display settings and color calibration. We cannot guarantee that images perfectly reflect the actual merchandise. Validation Checks

All credit, debit, and charge card payments are subject to validation and authorization by the card issuer. LaVienne Luxe LLC is not liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from payment authorization failure.

To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may verify your details (including name, address, and other information) against commercially available records and may engage third parties to perform these checks. By placing an order, you consent to these verification processes. We may contact you via letter, phone, or email to verify your details before processing or dispatching your order. If verification is unsuccessful, we may be unable to accept your order.

Website Errors

While we endeavor to provide accurate, up-to-date information on our website, errors such as incomplete data, typographical mistakes, or pricing inaccuracies may occur unintentionally. We reserve the right to correct these errors and update product information at any time without prior notice. All content is provided “as is” without warranty of accuracy or completeness.

Gift Cards

LaVienne Luxe LLC gift cards expire 2 years after the last use, except where promotional gift cards specify a different expiry period. Only one gift card may be used per online transaction. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or to pay for previous orders.

We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards. For gift cards purchased through third-party affiliates, please consult the relevant terms and conditions.

Orders

After completing checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email outlining your order details. This confirmation does not signify acceptance of your order. The contract between you and LaVienne Luxe LLC is formed only upon dispatch of your products, unless we notify you otherwise.

We may refuse your order due to:

• Unavailability of the product

• Payment authorization failure

• Pricing or product description errors

• Failure to meet order eligibility criteria

• Verification check failures

Payment authorization will place the funds as “pending” until the order is dispatched and payment is collected successfully. Products will not be shipped until payment is confirmed.

Orders can only be placed by individuals aged 18 or over. We currently accept payment cards issued within the United States only. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal or interest-free credit applications via telephone orders.

All orders are processed promptly based on stock availability, with standard delivery usually within 1-2 business days. Longer delivery times will be communicated by our customer support team.

Missing Parcel or Items

If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days from receipt of your dispatch email, please contact our team immediately. We must be notified of missing parcels within 7 days of the dispatch email to investigate and claim compensation if necessary.

If you receive your parcel but believe items are missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Retain all packaging to assist our investigation.

Notifications received outside these timeframes may prevent us from conducting a thorough investigation or honoring claims for lost items.

UK Deliveries

For all UK orders placed before midday, we aim to deliver within 3 working days. Larger items may require up to an additional 60 working hours. If these timescales cannot be met, we will notify you with an anticipated delivery date.

Delivery Addresses

Deliveries will be made to the address provided by you during order placement. We may, at our discretion, deliver parts of your order separately. If we cannot deliver to your specified address, we will contact you to resolve the issue. If we do not receive a response within 28 days, your order will be cancelled, and a refund issued minus any reasonable delivery costs incurred.

We have taken care to present products as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of product images depends on your device’s display and color settings.
